Principal's Message

Welcome Back, Stenson Families!

We are so excited to welcome our students and families back for another wonderful school year!

At Stenson, we believe that each of us is an essential piece of what makes our school community so special. Every student, family, and staff member brings something unique, and when we come together, we create a place where everyone can learn, grow, and thrive.

As we begin the year, please know that my office staff and I are always here for you. No question is too big or too small, so please don’t hesitate to reach out whenever you need information, support, or guidance. You are an essential piece of our Stenson community, and we value your partnership every step of the way.

We can’t wait to welcome our Stenson Lions back and put all the pieces together for a fantastic year! 🧩

School Supplies Available

We received a donation of school supplies with backpacks for students! While these kits do not perfectly match our school's supply lists, they'll still be helpful. We invite you to attend our upcoming pick-up event on Thursday, August 13th from 9:30am - 11:30am.

If you ordered a school supply kit through the PTA, your child’s supplies will be in their classroom for the Set for Success event.

Back to School Information

CLASS ASSIGNMENTS: Class assignments may be viewed in Parent Square beginning at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 14th. You may also view your class assignment in the Parent Portal.

If you haven’t registered your child for school this year, you will not receive a class assignment. Please go to this page to register. 

SET FOR SUCCESS: Our Set for Success event will be held on Friday, August 21st. All students, along with their parents/guardians, are invited to find their classrooms and meet their teachers from 2:00-2:30 p.m. Please refrain from using this time to conference with the teacher. If you have questions or need to conference with the teacher, please message the teacher through Parent Square.

Please enter through your grade level entrance.
  • Kindergarten: Door 2
  • 1st/2nd Grade: Door 3
  • 3rd Grade: Door 4
  • 4th/5th Grade: Door 5 (on Latrobe)

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL: Our first day of school is Monday, August 24th. 

SCHOOL HOURS: Students are escorted into the building at 8:37 a.m. daily. School on Mondays runs 8:40 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and Tuesdays-Fridays are 8:40 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

BUS TRANSPORTATION: If you requested bus transportation you will be able to see your child’s route information in the Parent Portal on Friday, August 14th at 4:30 p.m.

MEDICAL FORMS: Please send your child’s medical forms with your child for the first day of school. Click Here for specific information about medical forms.

  • August 21st: Join the PTA outside by the playground for cookies & juice following Set for Success, 2:30-3:15 p.m.
  • September 14th: PTA Meeting, 6:45 p.m. in the Stenson Library
