Student Survey for 4th and 5th Graders

4th & 5th graders will take the 5 Essentials Survey to provide us with feedback about their schooling experience. This survey is anonymous and students will take it in their classrooms. If you do not want your child to take this survey, please submit this opt out form by Thursday, February 12th to their homeroom teacher.

Parent/Guardian Survey

We are gathering feedback through the 5 Essentials Survey. We will use the information from this survey to continue to improve our school. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Ramadan Accommodations

If your child needs accommodations during Ramadan, please fill out the form to make that request. The forms went home with students today.

February Attendance Initiative

This month we are focusing on the % of students that are in attendance each day. The competition will be by grade level. Each day a grade level will earn a “popcorn” on the monthly chart if they have great attendance. The grade level with the most “popcorns” for the month of February will earn Skinny Pop Popcorn (passed out by Leo the Lion) on February 27th.

Parent-Teacher Conference Sign Up is open. Your child's teacher has sent a Parent Square post with information about sign ups.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are on:

Friday, February 13th, 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Thursday, February 19th, 4:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
